SNP in r. 1944 directly involved Tajovského more active and reserve soldiers and partisans. They, which were in arms, repaired way to rocks and digging anti-tank ditches on the way to and from Kordík Rabbit and osádzali barriers.
The fighting on the Rock were more soldiers wounded and killed. Two Slovak soldiers are pohcované also on our cemetery.
Ladislav Kalina from Kantor went into exile in Russia, completed guerrilla training and 6. augusta 1944 as a parachutist jumped on Latiborskou Hola in Low Tatras. He was commander of the organizing group, from which it originated Brigade for freedom of Slavs. After the war he got a number of high state awards.
Guerrillas in the different groups were: Joseph Hrčka, Ján Kalina, Joseph Murgaš, Imrich Marušinec, John Selecký as well as soldiers on the front section rôzncy fought: Ladislav Hammer, Rudolf Murgaš, Ondrej Pavlík, František Púchy ml. aj st., Rudolf Púchy a Ladislav Sedilek. Last šštyria were well in captivity and have undergone concentration camps in Germany.
